Obesity expert says daily workouts can’t undo damage done from sitting all day

NBC's Rock Center had a story last week about the health dangers of sitting. I'm still enjoying my standup desk. Have you tried something to spend less time sitting?

Such a catch 22 for so many of us. Most people work at a computer. My business runs on facebook I have my butt cheeks indented on the couch for pete sake! I have been getting better about it though.
