Dinner and Done

I sometimes wonder how much I would weigh if I didn't eat after dinner. Cutting to the chase, I'm going to try cutting that out.

Was out of town last week, but got in a ride in a health club connected to the hotel. Otherwise, we have baseball practice every day and I'm pretty occupied with that, and kind of sore as well after throwing batting practice on back to back days.

More later...

Those extra cals after dinner are usually high ones. Good idea to cut those out. maybe have some salad fixings ready for an evening snack??

An instructive post. People to really know who they want to reach and why or else, they'll have no way to know what they're trying to achieve. People need to hear this and have it drilled in their brains..
